All food and drink packages count toward your minimum spend.

Pricing & Minimum Spend
Private events are available with a minimum spend:
• Weekdays: ¥100,000
• Weekends: ¥130,000
This minimum is not a fee—it is your event budget and is applied toward food, drinks, and any selected packages.

Event Details
Timing
Each private event includes a 3-hour exclusive experience, including setup and wrap-up.
Additional time may be available:
👉 30,000 per additional hour
Event time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of guest arrival.
Guest Count &Capacity
Maximum capacity is approximately 70 guests, depending on event style.
A final guest count must be confirmed in advance and will be used for food preparation and billing.
Policies
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit (30%) and signed agreement are required to secure your booking.
Reservations are not confirmed until both the deposit and agreement are completed.
Failure to complete these requirements may result in automatic cancellation of the event booking.
The remaining balance will be settled after the event.
Minimum Spend
A minimum spend applies to all private events and is allocated toward your total food and beverage experience.
If the minimum is not reached, the remaining balance will still be charged.
We are happy to help you plan menu and drink options to fully utilize your event budget.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable, as your event reserves the full venue and date.
Liability & Responsibility
Green Goddess Okinawa is not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise, personal items, equipment, or valuables brought onto the premises before, during, or after the event.
The patron is responsible for any damage to the premises, furnishings, or equipment during the time the space is under their control, including any damage caused by guests, vendors, or contractors associated with the event.
Additional Policies
• Event setup and decorations must be approved in advance
• We reserve the right to refuse service or end an event early in cases of unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes
