Cancellation Policy
📋 Karaoke Room Booking Policy Last updated: Aug 8, 2025 To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review and agree to the following terms when reserving our private karaoke room. 🕒 Booking & Deposit All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. Reservations are accepted via our website, email, or direct message on Instagram. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of your reservation unless otherwise stated. 📅 Cancellations & Changes You may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full booking fee at our discretion. 👥 Guest Minimums Party packages require a minimum of 10 guests. The ¥2,500 plan is available for 15+ guests only. The ¥3,000 plan is available for 10–20 guests. Guest counts must be finalized 48 hours in advance. 💳 Payment Remaining balance is due at the start of your event. We accept cash, credit/debit, and contactless payments. A 10% service charge may be added to large groups (15+). 🕰️ Late Arrivals & Overtime Your booking starts at the reserved time, not arrival time. Late arrivals will not extend your end time unless additional hours are available. Overtime (if available) is charged at ¥1,500/person per hour. Unbooked overtime may result in additional charges or denied access due to upcoming bookings. 🧼 Room Conduct & Responsibility Please treat the room, equipment, and decor with care. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs may result in additional fees. No outside food or beverages allowed without prior approval. We are a vegan establishment – please respect our no-meat policy in all bookings. 🧁 Add-Ons & Custom Requests Add-ons (e.g., bottomless drinks, desserts, decor) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Custom packages or special requests are subject to availability. 🔞 Age Restrictions Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol is served only to guests 20+ with valid ID per Japanese law. 📸 Photos & Media We love when guests share their experience! Tag us at @greengoddessoki. By booking, you consent to occasional photography/video for marketing unless you opt out.
